Right On Schedule
I had seen two bears the morning before at this location at exactly 7:30am. So I went there again and waited. This big mama came through at 7:25. She wasn’t the same bear, but it worked out for me.

First Impression
This was the first eye contact I made with this bear. This is the point that dictates what happens next. Once we've achieved an understanding, I was able to move around and spend 30 minutes with this bear.

Lucky 10 Seconds
I spotted this guy in the morning and got a few shots before he disappeared. I returned in the afternoon and as soon as I got there, he was just coming out of the woods. He was literally only visible for the 10 seconds I was there.
